Letter to Pres. Skorton #11: Dilmun Hill Cooperative

Dilmun Hill is Cornell’s student-run organic farm. They see the threat that climate change poses to agriculture and food security worldwide. Thanks for your support!

They write: “So far, Cornell has been a leader in the effort to make institutions of higher learning more sustainable. As a Cornell University Agricultural Experiment Station facility, we at Dilmun are particularly aware of, and grateful for, the efforts of CUAES to improve efficiency, reduce energy use, and generally promote more sustainable agriculture. Nonetheless, we share our fellow students’ concerns that such efforts to reduce Cornell’s environmental impact in Ithaca will be insufficient so long as we continue to invest money in the fossil fuel industry.”
